Who Is John Galt?

I am not John Galt. John Galt is a psuedonym. My real name doesn’t matter. Who am I doesn’t matter. (You probably have never heard of me anyway). What matters is the ideas shared on this site.

For the record, John Galt is a character in Ayn Rand’s book Atlas Shrugged. In the book everyone repeats the phrase “Who is John Galt” as an expression of helplessness and despair at the state of a world where the government tries to do everything for everyone, but fails miserably.

On this blog I will share my thoughts as to why having the government do everything for you is not a great idea.
